So proud of the young leaders at BHHS who are a part of the Student Health Center's Teen Advisory Committe! They participated in Advocacy Day, speaking at a round table with Emma Young, who is a policy analyst for Governor Whitmer, and meeting with Rep. Joey Andrews. They also all met with staffers from Sen.Aric Nesbitt’s office, Sen. Lindsey's office, and Rep Alabas Farhat. Thank you for representing our community with pride in Lansing! #TigerPride #BuildingLeaders

Our inaugural Health Awareness & Career Expo was a huge success last week!
Here are more pictures to recap the experience from the event!

Our inaugural Health Awareness & Career Expo was a huge success last week! We had a packed house with over 20 vendor booths and well over 60 community partners and parents to show up and support. Our goal was to expose our students and parents to employment opportunities in our community as well as intentionally fostering networking and communication development. Our Career & Employment Fair was open to students and parents in order to showcase services, employment opportunities, and skill building resources throughout the Benton Harbor area.
We represented opportunities from each of the career clusters: Arts & Communications, Business Management, Marketing & Technology, Health Science, Engineering Manufacturing & Industrial Technology, Natural Resources & Agriscience in order to ensure our Benton Harbor High School families have access to a large variety.

Congratulations to all of our BHHS students who graduated from the Whirlpool Corporation BHHS Mentoring Program! Check out some pictures from their Etiquette Dinner/Graduation Celebration. #TigerPride
